Good value hotel with attractive view. Nicely furnished units and reasonably good staff who gave great customer service. Central location, comfortable place for discovering Chatham. Reasonably priced downstairs bar.

Super location directly at the river Medway. The rooms are a little small but ok. Only the carpet disturbs. The breakfast was very good, the dinner less. Very nice garden.
Dinner at the restaurant. Not to be recommended!

Original and surprisingly well organized! By English standards quite clean ! The breakfast was also satisfying! The restaurant is very busy, especially on weekends. But it was still bearable! We'd book it again anyway!
I'd like a little more cleanliness in the bar.

This was a particularly good location next to the marina and close to shops, cinemas, and other restaurants. the staff was efficient and friendly all the time. - Had a deluxe double room with a well-equipped bathroom, for instance, and I really enjoyed it.

I only stayed 1 night on a business trip. Excellent building conversion from dock shed to hotel, bar and restaurant. Pleasant location next to marina. Very clean and well appointed, usual pub restaurant although food and service is very good. Good value for money.

The location was good, the situation pretty being right next to the river. The rooms were a good size and the bed comfortable.
The hotel is above a shop and pub. Being at the front it was noisy with a delivery in the early hours. Best to take some ear plugs.

Lovely location, individualistically-styled rooms. Helpful staff.
The standard of food I had in the restaurant in the evening was poor (microwaved pie & mash). On the plus side, the mineral water was properly chilled and I didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive!
